Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for customers
• Assist customers at tills, scanners, and card machines, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions
• Maintain and manage stock levels, including receiving, checking, and controlling stock
• Carry out general administrative tasks related to retail operations
• Uphold store standards by keeping the shop clean, organized, and presentable

Qualifications

• Grade 12
